What started with a first book in 1992 by publisher Marcel Dekker, New York has now evolved into a series of more than 50 books. Most of these books are published by Routledge/CRCPress (Taylor and Francis Group).
All these books are dealing with analysis techniques of components of foodstuffs or parameters of the environment.
I had the occasion to work with a plethory of colleagues from all over the world.
